Annette and I attended the University of Bridgeport together four freshman year. She stayed, graduating four years later but I returned to New York City for my sophomore year. We remained friends despite the distance between us and I look back on our year in Connecticut as pure fun as we drove around the area having adventures. We loved driving to Yale in New Haven and pretending we went to school there. Annette was fun, capable of great silliness, much to my delight and was always a playful and reliable partner in crime as we both attended as well as cut classes during what was a very enjoyable year at school together. I will cherish these memories of my friend always.
