Being originally from Wisconsin, it was a challenging transition moving to Pennsylvania in 1997. Davette and Dan became fast friends and treated me like a member of their family. I will miss Dan “bustin” on me, but that’s how I knew he cared about me and counted me as a true friend. He was so generous, even arranging for me to be there for Luke’s baptism and be the Godmother to his precious son. Dan, Davette, and Luke will always hold a special place in my heart. God speed Dan! We will love and miss you always!
