Q: How would you describe Victor to someone who had never met them?
A: My first memory of Mr. Decker was when he was a chaperone on our 5th grade field trip to Mount Tone. He was really kind to the kids and was fun to spend time with on our trip. Who would have known then that I would be in my 50s and cut his lawn and assist him with his technology needs. Mr. & Mrs. Decker were always a joy to visit with whenever my family and I were there to either cut the grass, trim the shrubs, or to help him with his iPad or computer. Our deepest condolences to the Decker family.
