John Porter, age 42, of Tanglwood North, Tafton died Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
Mr. Porter was born May 13, 1962 at Brooklyn, NY the son of the late John and Joyce (Hedrick) Porter.
He served in the Navy.
He was employed as a Stage Hand
Mr. Porter was a member of Local 1 Stage Hands Union in NY
He is survived by his mother Joyce (Hedrick) Porter
one sister: Joy Porter-Peppaceno of Greentown, PA
Niece, Amanda Peppaceno; Nephew, Thomas Peppaceno
Calling hours will be Sunday August 15, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Monday August 16,2004 at 10:30AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley with Rev. Robert B. Kolvik-Campbell, Pastor Paupack United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Paupack
